Call for Tenders (Car)

Caritas Czech Republic is an international humanitarian organization operating in Mongolia since 2008 and has implemented projects in social work, health, preschool education, livestock industry, vocational training, and waste recycling in Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, Selenge, Tuv, Uvurkhangai, Bulgan, Zavkhan and Khentii aimags. We invite eligible suppliers to submit tenders for supply of SUV 4 WD vehicle (can be second hand not used in Mongolia) for the project “All for YOUth, YOUth for all” (2020-2023) implemented by Caritas Czech Republic in partnership with Center for Citizenship Education and Mongolian Youth Council co-funded by the European Union.

The project is focused on enhancing NGO capacities to better empower youth, increase youth employment and youth civic engagement and strengthen volunteerism in Mongolia to contribute to governance and development process in Mongolia

Selection criteria:

The contract will be awarded to the technically and administratively compliant tender bid that is the most economically advantageous, taking into account the quality of the vehicle offered and the price of the tender.

• Technical specifications of the vehicle
• Offered price /The overall budget of the tender should not exceed 55 million mnt/
• Quality of the vehicle offered

Contents of the offer:

• Signed and stamped Quotation form with offer
• Technical specifications + technical offer of the vehicle offered
• Adequate technical and user documentations and other printed material (catalogues), including photos or pertinent information for the vehicle quoted.
• Bank account information of the bidder

Instructions to submit an offer:

The tender shall consist of one original copy placed in a sealed envelope, with the words “Not to be opened before the tender opening session” written in English or Mongolian. On the same envelope, kindly also indicate the words “TD_MN19F_20072301”. The tender bids shall be delivered by private courier service, post or personal delivery until 6PM, 24^th of July, 2020 the latest to the address: #503, 5^th floor, Delta center building, 1^st khoroo, Chingeltei district, 15140, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
