The biggest obstacle for the stakeholders would be the lack of strategic plan from the government to  manage the waste generation, waste separation, waste flow, number of recycling plants, surplus and the shortage of the raw materials which in return affect the price of the net raw material to be recycled drastically. Moreover, the lack of incentive for the recycling sector SMEs does not promote the competition and the diversity of the already existing companies, which affect the production negatively.
